Additional requirements included the need to ensure that visitors to the site were aware of how the products and services could meet their requirements, as well as being able to offer existing clients a further level of technical support via the website.

Solution provided:

With time being a limited resource for the majority of small businesses, SEO Live Support allows ECR to talk to visitors to their site when they have the time. Visitors to the site are informed that an operator is available when a member of the ECR team logs in. This image automatically changes to "Click here to send an email" when the operator logs off. On top of this SEO Live Support provided ECR with the opportunity to provide on the spot customer support meaning that visitors are fully aware of all that ECR has to offer.
